About Éadaoin Russell-Smullen

Meet Éadaoin Russell, a registered nutritionist with over ten years of experience helping individuals and families make healthier food choices. Éadaoin received a bachelor’s degree in nutrition from Technological University Dublin.

Éadaoin takes a holistic approach to nutrition, considering the individual’s physical, emotional, and social needs when developing personalized nutrition plans. She takes the time to listen to each client’s concerns and goals and works with them to create a program that is sustainable and fits their unique needs and preferences.

In addition to working with individuals, Éadaoin enjoys giving presentations and workshops on various nutrition-related topics, including healthy eating for different life stages, weight management, and managing chronic conditions such as diabetes and heart disease.
